Tajikistan businesses develop fast, making a million or two in US dollars is not that difficult. There are problems of course like tax-evasion, necessity of protection (preferably political) and investments, but they are solvable. In the meantime, many people in this category are wealthy enough to offer protection to others. As a matter of fact, this category could include 500 businessmen and more because there are truly lots of powerful and wealthy businessmen in Uzbekistan. Not all of them, however, are public figures.
